If you head south-west from here you will come to the fortress that lies atop a hill called Montjuic. To the south of the Ramblas is the Barcelona Harbor and also Port Vell where you will find many classy restaurants along with fashionable clubs and also bars.

In the center of Barcelona called the L'Eixample you can find the fantasy works of Gaudi including the Park Guell, Palau Guell as well as the Casa Mila La Pedrera. The work for which Gaudi is most well known for is without a doubt the Cathedral of Barcelona known as La Sagrada Familia.
